Return and Refund Policy.
Look through your bag before you leave the window or counter!
- If you do not report a missing, incomplete or improperly cooked order you may not receive a refund or remake
- The items must be in the same state as they were when you received them
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
- Process for return (To initiate a return, Contact customer service workers and they if necessary will contact a Manager)
- Process of refund (Refunds of Remakes will be process immediately upon discovery if you follow the above procedures, ONLY)
- You must bring your receipt to receive a Refund or Remake
- If you leave the Dairy Queen property you will not receive a Remake or Refund.
